By far one of the rudest Peds I have ever encountered. I took my child in at 2 months because she constantly cried and I thought she had a dairy issue. Dr Garr insisted this couldn't be it, made me out to be unstable, told me I needed to get my 2 month old out of my room at night and into her own room, and told me I probably just wasn't feeding her enough. A few months later, she was diagnosed by a different Ped with a milk protein allergy and given the appropriate formula. The change in even 24 hours was amazing. My child suffered because she decided to criticize my parenting instead of listening to my concerns. She was the on call doctor when I called in to the clinic after hours another time, and she was extremely rushed, rude, and seemed inconvenienced. She lacks empathy of any form and blatantly ignores your concerns. She is just truly awful.

Not impressed. I’m a parent of a child who has been seen at one of the PYAM Clinics since birth. Dr. Garr seems rushed, lacking empathy, and didn’t seem to listen well. As a result, I opted to use Teladoc immediately afterwards and got the care experience I was looking for with a sick visit.

I feel compelled to write a review about because Dr. Garr is one of the finest doctors we have had the good fortunate of taking care of our family for the past 12 years. As a pedicritian, she has been a source of wisdom, compassion and guidance for our 3 children and their health. When it came to our children's health and well being, we sought out the best doctor we could find and Dr. Cynthia Garr is an answered prayer.

Dr Garr is a wonderfully caring and attentive doctor. Our 3 children have had incredible care by her and I recommend her highly. We have had various health challenges with 2 of our children and she gave us excellent advice, insights and spent as much time with us as we needed. I trust her implicitly and wish that all pediatricians were as excellent as Dr Garr !
