Dr. Prima Donna
Dr. Harrington during her exam talked about Dr. Henry another dermatologist. Dr. Harrington proclaimed her to be ineffective. My experience with Dr. Harrington was a waste of time. She does not seem to know the difference between an irritating itch at back of head like her grandmother and a serious auto immune disorder. Her treatment of me was just was so far below any doctor I have ever seen. She does not care for her patients. You are basically put ian assembly line. It’s pretty ineffective when she denied refilling the topical solution for me. She did not say see you in 30 days. She said one year. I had to issues to address one I could not get out bc of her chatter of grandmother. I do not care for drs who think they are prima donna but have absolutely no care for patients. At. Least Dr. Henry recognized my health issues and has contact with my medical team. She is also willing to help me by refilling topical prescription so I can at least have some relief. This is so much more thaa

Harrington great, staff...not so much
I have gone to Dr Harrington for over a decade. She is a great doctor, and I can't say enough about her... very knowledgeable, great bedside manners, friendly, listens to your concerns, very trustworthy. However, staff is not friendly and it is difficult to get in to see her (6-month wait). I go twice per year for pre skin cancerous screenings and had to cancel an appointment a week before and staff told me I'd have to wait till her next available appointment which was 6 months later. I even explained my needing to get in to check some spots out, and they still said they couldn't fit me in anywhere within the next few weeks. I offered to come in early and wait for multiple hours, but they said no. So, unfortunately, I'll have to find a new dermatologist.

Skin Deep
Dr. Harrington is a most knowledgeable, kind and caring physician. She is thorough and answers all questions. She is definitely whom you want to see for problems ranging from eczema to old age skin, questionable growths and skin care. My husband and I both receive excellent care and concern from Dr. Harrington. Her front desk and techs are great, too. The overall experience is an A Plus!

After several years of my spouse and myself being patients of Dr Harrington's, it saddens me to see that the good doctor has indeed lost her way during the current madness. I recently had an appt for my yearly. Upon entering I went thru her covid protocol, albeit somewhat over the top and somewhat on the neurotic end of the spectrum, certainly compared to any other doctor/dentist office or even hospital where we have had appointments since April... however, I complied. Noticing that whilst all but one chair had been removed for patients to have a place to sit and colored coded stickers applied to the floor to direct where one MUST stand facing the wall, it was like book-in at the county jail! I've been to the jail on business and that is exactly the drill. It was also interesting to note at the same time there were no such

I've had good doctor and bad doctor experiences in my life, but very few exceptional ones. Dr. Harrington is exceptional. She and her assistant were so very kind, compassionate, and caring that I felt more like a family member than a patient. Her assistant Lisa and I got wrapped up in our canine baby stories that I was completely relaxed by the time it came for the exam. The wait was perfectly timed and the call with results was right on time. On a scale of 1 to 5, she's a 10.

Both doctors are wonderful, however the front office, the people who answer the phone etc are kind of nasty. Avoid them if you can. It’s very difficult to get an appointment so you’ll need to go elsewhere if you have an urgent problem

I like her a lot but when you've been going there for check ups and occasional service for several years, but it takes 4 months to get in to look at a suspicious spot, it's time to move on. This has happened twice. I've canceled all my future appts.

I have been seeing Dr. Harrington for a persistent skin problem. She diagnosed it right away and prescribed very effective treatments. Several months later, my problem is not visible anymore! Meanwhile, all I heard from my previous dermatologist was "you have a problematic skin". This doctor is super-professional, very friendly, very courteous and she knows what she is doing. I most definitely recommend her! Was definitely worth the wait for a new patient appointment.

My appointment was scheduled out for 6 months but the office called the day before to say I could come earlier if I want. I get there and the doctor has stepped out for the day. When my whole day revolved around this appointment because it isn't easy lining up sitters for 3 kids. Thanks that was very nice of you. I won't be back!
