Dr. Nortey and her staff are all very nice, efficient and most of all, accommodating. I had an urgent case and Dr. Nortay was able to see me right away. Her staff was very nice (thank you Sonia!) and Dr. Nortey herself is very good at explaining what she is doing and why. I would highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Nortey is the worst experience to date in my struggle to have a diagnosis. She entered the visit empty handed and had not looked up any information regarding me in Novant's system. I will be contacting the main offices of Novant in Charlotte and Matthews to take steps to have my copay refunded. I will contact my insurance company. Any Dr. Attempting to practice this level of medicine should have the courtesy to at least fake preparation. No problem with her staff. Very kind and knowledge.

Absolutely the worst experience dealing with a dr or dr's office. Receptionist was rude, dr had no interest in anything I had to say.
