Dr. Plate was very welcoming, pleasant, inviting. She was very familiar with my case and answered all of my questions. Instead of me being afraid and fearful she allayed my fears. She reassured me that if l had any questions later l could call her, that made me feel like l mattered to her. That is very important to me. Everyone in the office was efficient and professional.

From the first day I walked into her office, I knew I was in good hands. She was informative, professional, and caring. Of course, I was feelings unsure, but she let me know that she was there for me and she had me. What struck me the most is that she asked if I was a woman of faith. My response was “yes” and she said “then your job is to pray and mine is to do everything else!” There were additional concerns initially presented with my test results, but they resolved themselves. Her response was, “I see you’re doing your job!” Her hands are God’s instruments.
