I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Cynthia Tsay, a GI doctor at Weill Cornell Medicine and New York-Presbyterian Hospital, for my initial visit on Friday, January 31, 2025 to establish care. From the moment I stepped into the appointment, Dr. Tsay as well as her staff made the experience incredibly pleasant. She was extremely professional yet personable—a combination that isn’t always easy to find. Dr. Tsay took the time to explain everything thoroughly, demonstrating exceptional knowledge and expertise in her field. Her bedside manner was outstanding, making me feel completely at ease throughout the visit. If all doctors were as competent, explanatory, and compassionate as Dr. Tsay, medical appointments would be something to look forward to rather than something to dread. I can without any apprehension honestly state that I am looking forward to my next visit.I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Tsay.
