Dr. Cyril Philip, MD

Not a good experience at all. He gave an injection that was so incredibly painful. He hit a nerve! I spent mths in worse shape than before I had the injection. After the injection there's no call to check to see how your doing. This doctor was condescending and rude. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.

Dr.Cyril Philip and staff are excellent. They gave my wife her life back! I can never thank you enough.

I feel this Dr. does know what he's doing related to some procedures however, he performed a procedure, removed me from all medications without consulting me and told me to go to the ER even though the significant increase in pain I was experiencing was directly related to the ablation that HE performed. To me, that is a gross misuse of the emergency room, where they would run unnecessary tests only to tell me to follow up with my Dr. I feel that my pain was ignored. I also do not feel that Dr. Philip actually listened to me as I have widespread pain related to several issues, one of which is a cancer diagnosis. He treated ONE area and left me without follow up. He made me feel like a criminal and definitely did not help with the management of pain. I will never go back to him and I completely regret having the procedure that he so strongly suggested that I have. I do have to say that his staff is fantastic and kind. Dr Phillip does not talk down to the elderly in a condescending manner. He has the greatest respect for age, intelligence, and life experiences. He laid everything out in the greatest detail as to what the problem was and how it could be solved. I was made comfortable as I lie on the OR table and he numbed the area for the injection. The only discomfort I felt was the coldness of the solution. He spoke about one of my favorite subjects and within seconds he was finished. I had felt no pain at all. He seems to know where every nerve and bone in the body is located. This is a consummate professional. A doctor that really cares. I've been around the track a few times and can tell you that is very rare. His compassion, his understanding his expertise is real!

Dr. Philip is knowledgeable, kind and caring. He called me at home to ask me how I had been doing after my visit. I think he is great and would recommend him as someone to utilize if you had pain issues.
