Dr. Farahani explained everything he did to us from the start. We were super nervous coming in an ER that is not locally familiar to us but Dr. Farahani made us feel very supported and welcomed! Accessed the situation and had us out within the hour. Can’t thank him enough for helping our family while on our spring break trip!

I'd give 0 if I could! Stay way from Ascention Smithville! I went there with neck pinched nerve, in great pain. I got NO treatment whatsoever because Dr. *Cyrus Farahani* said I was already doing everything, fast like that. I was leaving the room and he called me back and said he'd run a IKG test which is totally unrelated and unnecessary to my issue. I did because he said HE WANT to do it, I DID NOT authorize. He kept talking non-sense to my husband and now I realize that he was just keeping us there to justify the bomb we'd received. Week later I got a $1.600 charge from the hospital for JUST WALK IN, absolutely nothing was done for me. Later on another charge of $1.010 for his services - different bill - there was no evaluation, There was NOT service! Stay away! I true rip off. I called Travis County Emergency Physicians to place a dispute against his charges. I left my home in pain, walked in an emergency room, got annoyed by him, left in pain and charged $2.610. Wonderful! Thanks!
