Dr. Ghavam is a very caring and professional. He explained everything in terms I could understand. I never felt like I was being rushed and felt like my concerns were a priority. The whole office staff is very professional and friendly. Overall a good experience.

Following a serious fall with broken ribs and punctured lung, I saw Dr Gravam about continuing back pain. He was VERY clear in diagnosing the vertebrae damage (C6-T3 with breaks and compression), the extent of the damage and what my options were. He did not recommend surgery (thank you doctor), but a program of care and PT. That was 3 years ago and my back is quite functional and I am able to continue with sports and activity with little to no pain. I am far better off from associates who have undergone surgery for similar problems. This is a very good doctor from my perspective! I didn't review him right away because who can tell if a doctor is any good when you leave the office (except that he was excellent in explaining my situation and the exact nature of the fractures) - but years later the results speak volumes.

I had my cervical disk replacement for my C-5 & C-6 done by him, He not only went out of his way to let me know everything about the procedure and risks but also made sure that I was certain and ready to get it done, he made sure it was what I actually wanted. I personally would highly recommend him! 10 out of 10 would definitely go back to him again for any surgical procedures!

Caring and fixed my problem! Sure wish you were back in Huntsville Alabama! Have another problem now but no one can seem to come up with a possible solution.

Dr Ghavam did my back surgery in 2014. I had the best results from anyone else I know that had back surgery. Had he not left Huntsville Al he would still be my Dr. If I ever needed another surgery I would travel just to have him as my Dr.

Terrible Experience I had an appointment to see Ghavam at 9:30 A.M.. When I arrived the door was locked. I had to pace the hallway until his PA showed up at 9:45. Dr Ghavam finally arrived at 10:05, unapologetically. He looked at my MRI's and said one MRI was unclear. This opinion was different from other doctors' opinions. He asked me to go back to the place where I had the MRI's done and get a new disc with all the images on it and return it to him. I did as he asked, spent 30 minutes waiting for a new disc to be burned, and brought it back to his office. When I returned, the office again was locked. Out of frustration, I banged on the door and the PA opened it. I offered him the new disc, but he refused to take it. I offered him the portal and password where Ghavam could find the images and he reluctantly took it. That was 13 months ago. Still waiting for a phone call!

Dr. Ghavam spent a lot of time with me clearly explaining in detail my condition and options. I will definitely go back to him if I need additional treatment.

Wonderful and warm experience from start to finish, Dr Ghavam is a great doctor He is understanding and listens to your concerns I especially loved how Dr. Ghavam took his time to explain my conditions to me as well as the treatment options I highly recommend him and the location on Delray.

Dr Ghavam is amazing ! He is so patient, never in a rush, and explains everything and is honest. He is amazingly kind. I had a cervical fusion, and I was so nervous, but his gentle and calm approach on top of his top notch expertise, made me feel safe and that I was in great hands. His bedside manners is by far one of the best I have experienced. The surgery went great! I feel great after so much nerve pain and numbness to my whole right arm and hand. The recovery was great and smooth, I was off heavy meds by the third day post op. I am back to catching babies as a labor and delivery nurse. I drive up to boyton from Miramar gladly because having an excellent doctor is priceless. There is no doubt for me, for any care that may arise for my spine, Dr Ghavam is my guy ! I can’t thank him enough!!

I went to Dr. Ghavam for a back issue I have struggled with for years. He found neck problems that had to be cared for first. Neck surgery went extremely well and recovered quickly. Now for the back issue. He did that surgery with excellent results and that recovery was fast. He is an excellent surgeon and I am so pleased to have found him.

I may not have been the perfect patient, but Dr. Cyrus Ghavam has been the perfect doctor. Three months ago, our Good Lord used Dr. Ghavam to bring back the use of my legs and restore the feeling in my feet. The recovery continues as the nerves in my back are once again happy and able to breathe. His excellent staff steered me through the endless appointments required to check the bureaucratic boxes. A tactful nurse from his office counseled me to “be nice” as I faced yet another required appointment, with yet another doctor, in yet another city. My experience with everyone in the office has been spectacular. Thank you! Dr. Ghavam is obviously the sharpest knife in the drawer and he has used his intelligence to develop an outstanding array of people skills. When asked to rate Dr. Ghavam I believe that he has earned a perfect score, both as a healer and as a person. The adventure has been quite an experience and the outcome seems to be most excellent.

I had intensifying sciatic nerve pain and the MRI showed a large synovial cyst in L3 area. Dr Ghavam successfully removed the cyst and found bone Spurs as well. Now I’m pain free and very happy with the results.
