Dr. Da Wang, MD

I was seeing another psych Dr. for 2 months and then switched to Dr. Wang a few days ago. He is very knowledgeable and experienced, and listen to my condition patiently. He explained to me the reason for my condition and how the med will correct it. With his help, I feel very encouraged and confident. I am VERY glad that I made the switch to see Dr Wang.

He is an excellent doctor, very reliable caring knowledgeable and certainly professional. I do highly recommend Dr Wang.

His wife and he were super rude to me and were yelling at me. He criticized me for not following up with him consistently. I apologized and explained that I go to school in another state and couldnt come back often. He was still showing attitude. He said if I still wanted to see him, I could have my mom to come see him and talk to him about me. When my mom did see him for me, he refused to talk to my mom and said i am not his patient anymore. As physician, especially a psychiatrist, he should be empathetic and kind. However, when my mom complained about his bad attitude, he and his wife said: this is our attitude, u can leave if u dont like our attitude. In addition, he is not professional at all. His office visit lasts for like 1 minute and he just straight up asked: do you want to k i l l yourself as a way to assess patients' suicidal ideation.

The service attitude of the front desk lady is very bad, she is very perfunctory in her work. Every time I requested the medical record or the name of medication from her, she just found a lost of excuses to deny me. And her voice is very loud than me. I am as Chinese as she is and she is the doctor. wang's wife. I mostly gave good comments for any doctor offices but her attitude is very bad, that's why I gave 0 to this lady.

For a psychiatrist, Dr. Wang is very judgmental. Go here if you want to be judged and only feel worse about yourself.

Dr. Wang gives me an impression of a very experienced psychiatrist. I was hospitalized four times this year. I have a strong impression that Dr. Wang is superior to any of the doctors(and nurse practitioners )who treated me while I was hospitalized. My impression may have to do with the shortness of time period I was able to talk withe the doctors in the hospital environment. In one hospitalization, I was never Visited by any doctor during the entire period of hospitalization.

He forgets my name every single time. He barely seems interested in how you actually feel. His receptionist is his wife and sucks. She let's people cut the line and people talk so loudly in the tiny lobby. Go here if you want a frustrating experience
