If I could give this zero stars I would. Wanted to see a new family Dr so I made an appointment. Filled everything out beforehand including the Covid screening and arrived accordingly for my appointment. Previously in the week I had some symptoms that made me think I had Covid so I took the PCR, rapid and flu test all before I came into the office which were all negative. Turns out it was a viral sinus infection. Let them know I was taking augmentin for it. They would not let me in for my appointment because I previously had symptoms. That would be fine if my father hadn’t been there yesterday with the same exact symptoms that I had and they gave him a z pack. I said why not tell someone to stay home if you know you’re not going to see them? Then I call back to tell them my father was just in the previous day after I had already left. Then they tell me I can come back to be seen outside in my car. Why wasn’t that option given when I was there? Ridiculous. Unorganized and unsympathetic

Dr Swanholm had been our primary care Dr for over 30 years. Recently my wife became ill and was treated by him, when her condition worsened. I called his office numerous times requesting him to contact me, only to be told he was to busy. I proceeded to the ER and ICU. He never called or saw her in the hospital. She left us 3 days later. Words cannot express my total disdain for his disinterest, disregard, and insensitivity of his actions.

I've been seeing him for years since I moved here. He handles sensitive things greatly, and is very thorough. He is quick with his diagnoses but he does have a bunch of experience. Recommend him to anyone.

He didn't help me at all! I went to see him a few years ago, In the hope that he would help me with my chronic anxiety disorder with panic attacks . He prescribed me a very low dose of an anti Anxiety med which ended up helping tremendously. When i returned for the follow up appointment, despite telling him that this therapy was working, He decided to take me off of that med, citing that it could be abused. He then prescribed me an SSRI which caused My anxiety to get much worse.
