If you are looking for a doctor who is not only knowledgeable but has a decent attitude , she is not the doctor for you. I try my best to not judge doctors because I know their frustration may lie deeper than what we know as patients, but remember not everyone is the same and you don’t know how your attitude can affect the person on the other side of the phone. Again, I am not questioning her intelligence as a doctor, it’s more so how she approaches you. If you are someone who struggles with your health, or has been through traumatic experiences resulting in any form of depression, anxiety, stress, or someone who is vulnerable with your body this woman may not be for you, in fact she just may make your day worse. When I booked my appointment I looked at the reviews but decided to still give her a try, and I honestly should have just listened to the reviews. Again to clarify, I am not questioning her credentials, it’s her attitude that’s in question. How you treat a person matters.

I have recently encountered several health challenges. The doctor patiently listened to my concerns and answered a long list of questions. She even helped me reach out to other members of my care team. I had intimate questions that she took seriously and responded with kindness and direct information.

I am shocked by these reviews. Dr. Harvey-Granger was kind and compassionate when she provided cate during my last pregnancy. I actually want to change docs, and looked her up because I want to return to her care. I won't speak for everyone, but these reviews does not sound like the doctor I know.

The worst! Dr is very dismissive, is not compassionate to patients needs. Do not follow up after urgent matters as required.. Do not go to the doctor. Kaiser is allowing. I have filed a grievance towards her.. I wanted to give NO stars

Very rude, became very upset because I had an opinion about my treatment. Very dismissive. Tried to change my office visit into a telephone visit after she became annoyed had questions about my treatment.

Very rude, dismissive and unfriendly. My visit felt rushed, I did not feel comfortable working with this doctor.

Was very unfriendly Made me feel uncomfortable for having a issue and then misdiagnosed and treated me for a std I told her was not the issue.
