I was admitted to the ER under Dr Jones care. My previous medical history was ignored. Dr Jones assumed kidney stones despite my history with chronic pancreatitus. When he did not find kidney stones he literally gave up on me and sent me home in extreme pain. Elevated lipse flagged high by the lab but he did not care. My electrolyte levels were very low and calcium elevated showing I needed an IV but that is apparently not standard protocol for Dr Jones eventhough I had not been able to hold down food for 24+ hours. I have never been so neglected by a Healthcare professional. IHC needs to show this man the door.

Dr Jones is egotistical, dismissive, and bears all the hallmarks of a horrible doctor. He doesn’t listen and if he isn’t interested in you, or the issue that brought you to him, will do all he can to just get you out the door. His lack of attention is what causes serious issues that otherwise would have been resolved. I’d say if you get there and he’s the doctor, think about your situation and decide if it can wait or if you can get to another hospital.

Worst and nearly last experience of my life. Went to the ER with extreme pain that felt like a kidney stone but worse than i had ever experienced. Not given any pain medication until the CT proved that i did have a kidney stone and wasn't a drug seeker. Was only given one dose despite the fact i had 4 hour visit and 2 hour drive home. Dr. Jones informed me that i had an infection in my kidney but did not order any antibiotics or give any intravenously. He refused my request for medication and discharged me. 12 hours of excruciating pain, delirium, vomiting and passing out i am rushed to the operating room with Septic Shock which has an over 50% fatality rate. 5 days in the hospital and 3 month recovery. Thousands of dollars spent. He nearly killed me and was left permanent physical and mental damage. This man should never be allowed to practice again. He should spend more time on his patients condition than on weeding out the drug seekers. If i could sue i would.

Went in due to my primary care advising me to go in because he thought I had a bleed in my stomach (he turned out to be right) dr. Jones immediately put a label on me and wanted to perform a test that is painful when I was already in A LOT of pain that wasn’t going to stop the bleed anyways just suction blood out. There’s another option called an EGD that my primary care doctor suggested me to get that he refused to do which would not only diagnose a bleed but would also stop it all in one go instead of performing both procedures and putting me through more pain and stress than what I was already going through. He kept asking about my pain management (I have endometriosis and scoliosis) and asking if I had ran out of my medication which NO I have not. And kept saying “I can only give you one dose of pain meds” which I REFUSED!!! he labeled me as a drug seeker. So I sought help elsewhere, had my EGD done and I DID HAVE A BLEED!!!! THIS DOCTOR SHOULD NOT BE PRACTICING MEDICINE!!
