Dr. Seibert messed up my prescription for a controlled substance. He never signed the prescription, thus putting me in a sticky situation when I needed my medication. He also made me take urine screenings because I felt He thought I was lying about my need for my medication. Never have I ever experienced such an incompetent doctor. The office rarely let me know of my appointments in advance towards the end of my stay at their office. I am not sure whether or not, new staff was hired or what.
