I had a full knee replacement in Nov., 2024. My cycling is back to 100%; Hiking is good, but not 100% yet. Wonderful person and excellent surgeon.

Awful Experience
My first visit was in October, 2024. Knee replacement surgery scheduled for February, 2025. I went through all the necessary preparations and a few days prior to surgery my insurance company told me their surgical center doesn’t accept my insurance! Even though their surgical center stated they did. No calls from Dr. Sacoman’s office. Left several voicemails and emails with no response. A week later his assistant finally called and I advised her that I wanted her to forward my medical records to my new surgeon and she said she’d get right on it. Never did. Placed several more voicemail messages and sent several more emails. Each one ignored. The receptionist never answers calls! I’m not sure what’s wrong with this practice but I definitely see they don’t care about me as a patient and definitely won’t recommend them to anyone.

Knee replacemnt in 2021
I had the best experience and the best Ortho surgeon Dr. Sacoman. His follow up was also done well. Highly reccomend him !!!!!!

One in a million - more "stars" if I could!
OMG - no question - he repaired my R rotator cuff 10 y-ago - to the point it's like it never happened. Spouses' TKR 15 y-ago; my TKR - right < 1 year ago and perfect results! Weight bearing same day right after surgery and home the same day! Again, Almost as if it didn't happen! Right now scheduling for left TKR - can't wait! And by the way - he is more than willing to work with pts after surgery to ensure compliance and exceptional outcomes!

Great Ortho Surgeon
Dr. Damen Sacoman is my “go to” when it comes to Orthopedics. Over the past 8 years he has been my surgeon to repair a torn meniscus, and a detached elbow, which required a plate and screws. Both surgeries were very successful, with no after effects from either one. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

He does not care for the patient’s well being.
He is apparently a good surgeon, but if something does not go just right, he really doesn’t care. He blamed my lack of full recovery after knee replacement for my not working hard enough in rehab. He did not tell me that a torn ligament was to blame, nor offered any remedy. Just dismissed me to fend for myself.

Dr. Sacoman did my total knee replacement in Feb 2018. I refer everyone to him He is a great surgeon and my knee is now perfect. I got my life back. Thank you so much

Dr. Sacoman fixed my ACL using a Arthrex Tightrope. He's an excellent surgeon and my knee is great. Highly recommended.
