Nothing like waiting 3 hours to see Dr Eisenberg
Today I had a 1 pm first time visit with Dr Eisenberg. An hour later I asked the front desk girl when I would be called back… she said I was next. 30 minutes later I was taken back for various tests… the technician had me wait in the waiting room. At 4:00 pm.. I was finally called back to see Dr Eisenberg. He spent 8 minutes with me after waiting 3 hours!! I will never go back to this office again! Obviously it is ran by a bunch of idiot doctors and a non-caring office manager.

Experienced
Reviewed my exams, made sure all was in order. Informed me of corrective actions and optional actions they could perform. No pressure, or stress experienced.

Worth the wait
I am new to this area. I got a referral from my old ophthalmologist in CA for Dr. Eisenberg. I had to wait two months to get in to see him, but so worth the wait. I suffer from high pressures in my eyes with glaucoma and cataracts. He made me aware that I need eye surgery sooner than later. My eye pressure were at dangerous levesl 40 & 42 so they couldn't do any eye surgeries until the pressures cam down. He immediately put me on 3 drops and a water pill to help lower them. He was very informative and I trusted him right away. You can tell he cares about his patients.

Appointment was very well organized. Several tests and evaluations are conducted prior to a discussion of current status and future steps with Dr Eisenberg. I find the process efficient and professional. I look forward to the next appointment.

The entire visit went well from checking in to checking out. Dr. Eisenberg was more thorough than any ophthalmologist I've seen. He was sensitive to my concerns and answered all my questions. I left with a greater understanding of my vision and eye health and with next steps which I appreciated.

Yes there are suboptimal waiting times in a very busy eye center practice, but well worth the frustration. Dr. Eisenberg is a caring, thoughtful, and personable physician, who has superb credentials and decades of experience in the management of difficult eye diagnoses. I am one of these. Highly recommended.

Several years ago, I faced a serious problem of needing new holes for water in my eyes. Dr Noll called in Dr. Eisenberg to take care of me . Dr. Eisenberg is all one can ask for in a eye doctor. Since that first operation Dr. Eisenberg removed my cateracts and between these two doctors, I am able to read, watch TV and use my eyes for whatever needed. As a 92 year old, my doctors are really special. They are kind, considerate, professional and knowledgable in eye medicine . I really appreciate what they have done for me.
