Deborah at front desk was awful trying to setup yearly skin checkup ~oct 2022 Also being a patient for several years and now saying they will no longer except tufts insurance because I did not come in in the past 2 years during covid~ I asked to speak with the Dr.Hall and they told me that because I did not come in I would be treated like a new patient and she is no longer taking new patients~ I have been with tufts health since 1988 and have never experienced this with any of my doctors! Very dissatisfied

Unfavorable. I have been to her a few times for keratoses removal. I recently went to her and asked her what the little growth on my eye lid was and could she remove it. She told me to go home and stick a needle in it. I went to another dermatologist and she removed it in five minutes. I'm done with Dr. Hall. Telling me to stick a needle in my eye! Seriously m

Unfortunately I had a basal cell carcinoma overlooked/ brushed off by her because she thought it was something else. After that it’s kind of hard to trust so I will be seeing someone else from now on.

She's very personable. But a little pricey. Each visit she takes off about 5 sebaceous keratoses. My retired skin doc would spend a few minutes and that would amount to 10 or 12 off. And now that Medicare has changed she takes off NO skin tags. Price to self pay skin tags is "..$200. for 10..." I would pay $200 for as many as she could freeze in 5 or 10 min. but not $20 apiece. I have a lot; that would amount to $$$ I can't afford. The office waiting room puts me off a bit as they have a lot of things to sell to people there...kind of like glamor products. That kind of profit driven activity lowers my confidence in anyone's medical practice

Dr was nice enough. Went for eczema she told me not to scratch. I went to RI Dermotoligy, they gave me three different ointments and an oral anti itch, I am much better but know that eczema can be a tough road. Telling someone not to scratch is ridiculous, go somewhere else.

This doctor is possibly one of the worst I have ever seen. I have hormonal acne that frequently acts up, but some days I am clear. On my first visit, Dr. Hall attempted to push all of her in office products on me, which I did not want. (Wasn't paying $80 for a face wash.) Then, on my second visit when I expressed my dissatisfaction and wanting to try other things she told me there was nothing else for me. Spent under five minutes with me and I couldn't get my $40 back for the appointment.

She's kind and considerate. She doesn't judge you if you've been in the sun - just explains what happens if you do go in! She has a wonderful bedside manner and addresses all my concerns! I've recommended everyone I know to her, including my own children.
