Dr. Dana Larochelle, MD

I have gone 3 or 4 times now, anually. Every appointment she has been 1 plus hour late. My recent appointment in Feb I called to get my results, and they refer you to the portal , where the results haven't been reviewed ofrcourse. My last 3 appointments I have asked for a referral to the same doctor I gave them the number, the address, the fax, never got done. She never reviewed my mammogram from the summer. Every appointment I have complained about migraines during my cycle. We have talked about birth control, estrogen patches, and then it's like she forgets..nothing ever gets done. Two years ago they billed only one insurance when I had dual coverage, I called, but the other insurance wasn't billed and I received acollection letter anyway, so just paid out of pocket.

I absolutely appreciate Dr. Dana. She took time explaining to me exactly what my issues were and how we could take address. She took time to answer all of my questions and made me feel at ease. She showed compassion and concern. I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to her.

She delivered my baby. When she finally came in the room (after the panicked nurses called her twice) She talked to my mom and husband the whole time about me (about how I wasn't pushing correctly) like I wasn't in the room. Ignored me when I asked her to tell me how to push (because I had an epidural and couldn't feel a thing, and this was my first baby). My perfectly healthy baby had to stay in the NICU for one week, due to a puncture to both his lungs during "cpr".

Although i went to her office to treat specific conditions, Dr Lovell treated me as i went there for preventive care and gave no attention to my symptoms. She is careless and definitely not a doctor that create feeling of trust.
