Dr Piasecki always gives time and attention to his patients. He is informative, kind, and patient. He also happens to be an excellent surgeon.

I went to see Dr. Piasecki to get a ssecond opinion and recommendations about how to deal with complications from a previous surgery done by someone else. He listened to what I had to say and then did an examination. After that we talked about the situation and he made a recommendation which I thought was just right. It was conservative but one with which I was in perfect agreement. I am very, very happy with his professionalism, knowledge and his 'bedside manner.' I came away feeling like I had a good plan. Many specialists make snap judgments about a situation, sometimes even before having seen patients in person. In this visit, he waited until he was sure that he understood what I was saying before he made a recommendation, and it shows because my situation was a bit unusual which meant that there was no canned solution that would have been appropriate. I am very, very happy with the outcome of my visit, will continue to see him and would recommend him to anyone who asks.

I was extremely satisfied with my office visit on April 5th. All the staff that I encountered were friendly and professional. Dr. Piasecki was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was causing my knee pain. He answered all my questions. Definitely will see him again if I encounter another knee issue.

Dr. Dana P. Piasecki, MD helped discover a painful and large cyst in the back of my left knee while I was competing for the Queens University of Charlotte Triathlon Team. After undergoing surgery, within 7 months I had set a new lifetime best (even faster than before surgery) thanks to how well he performed the surgery. He is incredible at his attention to detail and explaining things in a way I could understand them. Furthermore, his character is outstanding as someone I could tell truly wanted me to be fully healed just as badly as I wanted to myself. I now live on the West Coast but if I ever needed another surgery I recommend Dr Piasecki so much that I personally would fly out to CLT to have him operate on me again. Phenomenal surgeon, even better person.

Excellent staff. The doctor’s PA, Margaret was incredible, friendly knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Doctor Piasecki was excellent. Very friendly yet professional. It was well worth a long trip. I plan to return if neede.

Love Dr. Piasecki and the team over at OrthoCarolina! Have had 2 surgeries from Dr. Piasecki and would highly recommend him! He specializes in shoulder, knee, & elbow so you can guess that I have had 2 of the 3! Pray for me that he doesn’t have to comp me the 3rd surgery! Avoid getting hurt, but if it is too late then make sure you keep up with your Physical Therapy!
