Staff unprofessional
Dr. Reddy is ok, I met her once she’s average. I’ve been going to her office for 3 months and dealing with he assistants. Raylan is AMAZING!!! But front desk staff need much improvement, specially in scheduling appointments they overbook people. Extremely frustrating

Horrible
After treating me for a year with immunosuppressive therapy she contacted several of my other doctors without my knowledge or consent to tell them she thinks nothing is wrong with me and that she plans to stop treating me.

Bad Experience
I have truested this provider for the year that I’ve seen her, until recently when she decided I was completely fine (even though she had me on very heavy medication) she decided to taper me off, because she felt I had been on it too long… no backup plan, and my labs are just as bad as when I started seeing her.

Absolutely the worst office staff. Put in the wrong code for blood work thru quest and now quest is charging us. Received three Letters over a year from quest and now they can jack with my credit. Each time we were told the problem had been fixed by the office manager. This is not a professional office staff and should be fired immediately. They put in the wrong code and failed to follow up. Dr. Reddy is a good doctor. Get rid of this group of poor performers and these bad reviews of your staff will go away.

Been a patient for 2 years. Phoned to make my 6 month appointment, only to learn she's closing the office and won't see me. So I asked to have my prescription refilled, but she said no, because she hasn't seen me in 6 months. I'm appalled!
