This man has no morals, no empathy and frankly needs to retire. I was injured young at work and he didn't believe me, he sent me to a buddy of his who was no longer practicing in the area only to tell me my pain wasn't real. I went back to Dr. Sparhawk to report it and his response was that he couldn't have said that. He didn't give me any nerve medication for a nerve injury I had and it took a full year of torture and maltreatment until I went to another doctor who not only gave me the right meds, but told me I actually needed surgery. Stay away at all costs.

He referred me to therapy. It took 1.5 months to get an appointment, I asked for next available and it was 1.5 m away!! Then when appt came up he denied me/would not approve. He really likes to push drugs on you.

I was injured at work and referred to Dr Sparhawk by employee health. Despite pain and function issues I have continued to work. A PT appt appointment tookwas booked for a month after seeing him (no sooner appts available, so I suffered). I had an appt in the interim with him but had to cancel due to a death in the the family. My calls to rebook have been ignored and my PT appts hat took 1 month of waiting for was denied by his office. He obviously does not care about helping people
