Money hungry pill pusher
Unfortunately saw this Dr during a hospital stay for depression. When he found out I had Medicaid, he spent less than a minute with me for my “checkup”. Such a joke. Would never see this Dr again.

THE RUDEST SUPPORT STAFF EVER
I have never had to deal with such a rude receptionist in my life. I thought she couldn’t get worse until they hired another one that is just like her. So now there’s two people answering the phone for a doctor who treats mental illness, who do not care at all about your mental health. IF YOU VALUE YOUR PATIENTS WELLBEING AT THEIR MOST VENERABLE STATE, WHY ARE YOU HIRING HORRIBLY MEAN PEOPLE DR. WILEY?

Office ladies are all extremely rude and unprofess
Office staff will be his downfall sadly. These ladies behave like middle school bullies and have for years. It's not just one of them either. This is not a business ran by people who are capable of empathy or wanted to help others. As a mental health professional myself , I am shocked that this kind of behavior out of medical staff is tolerated. Absolutely disgusting!

Amazing Doctor
I went to him for my subutex also he referred me to another physician to help me with mental health. Just want to thank him so much he has changed my way of life tremendously anxiety is a nightmare to live with especially panic attacks waking up with sweaty palms feeling like I can't breath because I feel like I'm being squeezed to death and it's always been hard for me to communicate like I know what to say but it doesn't come out the way I want but with my anxiety meds completely opposite its a live saver in my opinion.

Great experience
I like that Dr. Wiley has 2 offices. Besides psych they also do suboxone. Since he has a couple of nurse practitioners that work with him, I never had to worry about running out of my medication. The staff is very helpful, like when I needed to get my meds approved

Communication is minimal and getting through on the phone was nearly impossible. I would not suggest this practice.

I was recommended by a doctor to see Dr. Dana Wiley. I called the office two times to make an appointment and left messages, but never got a call back. I called again and was told that I needed a referral to get an appointment. Any time I spoke with someone answering the phone at Dr. Wiley's office, they were unprofessional and rude and it felt like they were hanging up on me at the end of the call. I had my primary care doctor send over a referral. A few days after getting the referral and a few weeks after first calling Dr. Wiley's office, I called back for an appointment and was told that it wasn't looked at yet. The following week my primary care doctor's office called to tell me that Dr. Wiley's office rejected my referral. I called Dr. Wiley's office to find out why my referral was rejected (never had this situation before). The person answering the phone said she could not tell me the reason for rejecting the referral and that the information was shredded two days after

Referred here by my school, after years of ineffective medications and ineffective counseling. I was seen by a psychiatric nurse practitioner who barely listened to my medical history or concerns I voiced, just added a super expensive new medication ($200/mo). Office charges you for any paperwork (like the accommodation letter I needed for school). They over-billed me twice and I've been given the runaround for months trying to get a refund. I never actually saw Dr. Wiley, office staff useless.

I am a disabled veteran and retired police officer. Dr. Wiley was professional and compassionate. He was very understanding about my financial difficulties. He made it possible to obtain much needed medications without paying high prices. He even recommended a cheap pharmacy (Welcome Pharmacy) off Whitehorse rd.

I can't tell you how it felt to meet Dr Wiley after years of struggle w addixtion, PTSD & anxiety. I just moved to SC to escape 50 years of memories and pain. All my triggers as well as everything that enabled my addiction, I had to leave to get a chance at life. Finding Dr. Wiley was my last chance, and I will say I am going to be ok with his help.

Very pleased with the care. I've seen the staff handle some difficult people and still be professional. They gave me samples until I could get my insurance to pay for my pills. They take time to explain things which is important to me

I've been a patient of Dr wileys, for more than 10 years. I have seen a large rotation of office managers and staff changed Through The Years. I'll have been helpful except for that nurse in Easley or Central. But now I see Jessica Waters PA c a psychiatrist assistant and she certified . Her and dr. Wily work together on my diagnosis is to help medicate me and make me functional again. I am now working in society as everyone else Yes. And I have not done that in five years. I highly recommend!!
