Worst neurologist I've ever seen. He didn't listen and just kept throwing more meds at me for my migraines. So many that I felt like I was dying and told him I thought it was from the meds. He said there was no way it could be that. I saw another doc because I didn't believe him. It turns out I had serotonin syndrome because of all the meds he had me on. Like I said, worst doctor ever.

Extremely poor interactive style with patients. Actually dictates patient chart information while seeing patients. Exceedingly poor patient focused care.

I usually have to wait an hour after my appointment to see Dr. Winegarner. His office constantly cancels my appointments so I have to keep changing plans. I work during his office hours so it's a pain to get time off and then have to change it do to some scheduling issues.

Dr Winegarner has been my neurologist for 16 years and was my husbands neurologist for over 20 years before that. He has always been considerate and caring but most important very professional. He has explained to us 'what is going on' and what he feels are the best procedures to follow. I have 100% confidence in him.
