Some Staff Are Rude
1. Some staff will do very little, lack healthcare knowledge upon direct phone calls into the office or messaging and can be very rude. Along with a lack of critical thinking skills for healthcare workers. Others are excellent. 2. The provider has difficulty keeping up with her workflow at times and there is a disconnect in regards to what is being communicated from some staff members versus her. 3. Inappropriate messaging to patients can be sent in MyChart including documentation by her staff in a message with inaccuracies that were never done. 4. Referrals and Meds are not kept up on my chart 5. Attention to detail can be missed in care.
