Some good; some bad visits…
Not good; misdiagnosed me as having Polymyalgia rheumatica a number of years ago and “as an experiment” put me on Prednisone (horrible side effects) and took months to wean myself off the Prednisone. Failed to check PSA for my Husband for ~2 years; now has Prostate Cancer and having detected 2 years earlier may have had a different outcome. Most annoying is the procedure of telling all your issues for the visit with the nurse and then the Dr. appears and the whole discussion is completely regurgitated to him.

My husband has been a patient of Dr Arnold for several years now. We both have been so impressed with him, his staff, his professionalism, his brilliant diagnosis etc. When he finally was taking on new patients, I was so very lucky to be able to become one of his patients. I have been treated with respect and honesty from him as well as all of his wonderful staff. My husband and I couldn’t be more greatful to call Dr Daniel Arnold “our doctor”.

I called to ask if the doctor was accepting new patients. The receptionist was extremely rude. She answered "NO" & then abruptly hung up the phone. Dr. Arnold needs to know how callers are being treated.

I thought he was leaving Emerald Physicians (an assembly line group) to establish a more personal office. However, after an unusually long wait and visits to P.A.s and Nurse Practitioners, I sensed that he was there to establish his own "assembly line" organizations. Not for me.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Arnold?
Although Dr Arnold could be good for some patients, I personally can not wait an hour after my scheduled appointment to see him. This occurred last year as well when he was part of Emerald Physicians and I was assured it would not happen again because he does not believe in the practice of overbooking. Unfortunately, my experience this year is exactly the same. After an hour & still not seeing the doctor I left.

Dr. Arnold is very bright, personable, caring, and knowledgeable. He is by far the best primary care physician I have had in my 42 years in this area, and I am very pleased to have him as my doctor - could not ask for more!
