Can't listen, rude, waste of time
I told Dr Aukerman to his face to please let me speak if he intended for me to answer his questions which by the way had nothing to do with why I was there. He was rude, and incredibly insensitive about me mourning my friends death. He seemed to be arrogant and disruptive. And when I said something for the 5th time I finally said,' this is a waste of time, your clearly overwhelmed with my chart. And unwilling to actually do your job and looking for outs. Would you like to do your job or let go of the thing I just repeated as you continue to talk over me to demand it . Otherwise walk out because I am sick of your inate ability to be polite or provide proper patient care.' He started being defensive and rude again so I uttered 'I should have seen the other doctor, 'and told him were not having a 'condusive conversation please leave. ' he's no better than a helpline with preset responses. someone practicing like that should rip up their diploma, so jaded he belongs in emergency care.

Rude, unprofessional. I would not take my pet goldfish in, to be treated by Dr. Ackerman. I felt as if I was being talked down to, like a small child. I didn't feel he was listening to what I had to say. He asked me questions that made me feel uneasy. I left the office in tears. The Front desk receptionist and nurse however, are as sweet as can be. He could learn a thing or two from their carasmatic personalities, and their abilities engage in conversation without cutting the patient off.
