Dr. Daniel Barrett, MD

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Barrett Plastic Surgery and would strongly recommend avoiding them. Despite their overwhelming positive reviews online, they exhibited an alarming disregard for ethical billing practices. Without my consent (and after charging us thousands of dollars up front for mole-removal surgery), they directly billed my insurance for services we did not authorize, which was not only unsettling but also a gross violation of patient rights. They told me explicitly they were going to cancel this claim, but instead, they filed it and had the payment go directly to their office. Further exacerbating the situation, upon discovering their unjust action and confronting them, they obstinately refused to reimburse the undue charges. Honestly, it’s a bit shocking how poorly handled the situation is and now I’ve had to file a dispute with American Express. Stay away!

I tried to see Dr. Barret for a consultation with the goal of doing a few procedures with him. But turns out, you have to pay $500 to ask him what would he recommend! Doctors have gotten this "God's Complex" and they think they can just charge whatever they want! What happened with the oath of serving others? I can't imagine how much he charges for any procedure! I have seen other doctors in the same field and location and they either don't charge for a simple consultation for cosmetic procedures, or they charge around $100 to be applied to the procedure. But this is simply ridiculous. Stay away and protect your hard-earned money!

My experience with Dr. Barrett and his entire staff, has been nothing short of spectacular. From the first phone call, I knew this was the surgeon for me. I’m only 3 weeks out post surgery but I can’t emphasize enough how incredible the patient care has been every step of the way. I am already loving my results and it just gets better from here. Barrett Plastic Surgery is the BEST! I cannot and will not ever be able to express how grateful I am for Dr. Barrett and his team! From the moment I called the office, I just knew this was the surgeon for me! The front office staff, Rosalyn and Rachel, Dr. Barrett's patient coordinators, and all of the medical team instantly and at every visit make me feel right at home. If you've come to Dr. Barrett's office, you've found the dream team! I'm so happy I chose Dr. Barrett as my surgeon. He did an amazing job! Not only did I get the breasts I have always dreamed of but I cant even find where my incision was! His staff is so amazing and attentive. Warning- do your homework, book this Dr. at your own risk! Dr. Barrett ruined my body. So far it looks like it will cost $30-35k to fix it Don't be overcome by a couple of perfect bodies that were probably already perfect recommending any surgeon (particularly this one, but any one).
