Dr. Daniel Behroozan, MD

My kid was the patient. The visit was ok, albeit ultimately useless. Then the horrors started. The office billed the insurance as if I was the patient. Insurance declined as I'm too old to have acne treatment approved. After talking to insurance and the doctors office, they sent the corrected claim, this time insurance approved and paid. But the office continued to send me reminders of unpaid bills. I was never able to speak to billing, just to a rude receptionist who borderline hangs up on you and promises to talk to billing. So I'm waiting for the next steps I guess they just withdraw money from the card I (silly me!) left on file. Or they send the collecting agency. It's been beyond stressful and infuriating.

The experience with this office has been one of the worst medical experiences I have ever had. Not only was the staff aggressively unpleasant during my visit, it has been almost two weeks since my appointment, and I am still waiting for my prescriptions to be called in. I have called the office three times, and not only do the receptionists seem uninterested in helping, they've also been quite rude. My medical issue has now progressed significantly as a direct result of this office's lack of care and incompetence.

I give Dr. Behroozan my top recommendation! First of all, his Beverly Hills office was immaculate, clean, and very chic. The office staff were totally professional-- masked, checked temperature, did everything they're supposed to do. As for Dr. Behroozan, he knows his stuff. Top graduate with full board certification, and lots of experience in the field. Having said that, he was nothing but nice and understanding in his approach. As a patient, I felt cared for, and know that he had my best interest in mind. I would go back to Dr. Behroozan anytime for my specialty needs, and would recommend him to all of my friends and family as well.

Dr. Behroozan is an outstanding dermatologist, as would be expected from his credentials. I have longstanding issues with the skin on my face and scalp, and the medications he prescribed worked better than any of the many others I have been treated with in the past. I very much regret that I can no longer see him as my dermatologist, as I now live in Northeast Florida.
