Dr. Daniel Boyce, DO

Dr Boyce was in a hurry. He was not the slightest bit concerned about my issues and was focused more on judging me instead of being a good doctor. I do not recommend this doctor.

DR.Boyce is all about making money, not taking care of his patients.

Dr Boyce sees myself and my two younger children. He’s been very helpful and knowledgeable about the many things that we bring to his office. I don’t like to beat around the bush and I don’t get that with him. Our waits are short and our exam and treatment plans are to the point. I trust him completely with the health of myself and my children. Our portal messages are replied to promptly even during non-clinic hours. We appreciate him more than he knows! :)

Uncaring! Never looked up from computer. Never made eye contact. Felt like he didn't care and just wanted out of room. This was 2nd time to see him, both times felt this way. Would not recommend and will be looking for a new PCP.

I wasn’t feeling well prior to Christmas and had gone out of town, but returned feeling worse. I called the tele doctor with my insurance and took the meds for 5 days that were prescribed. Needless to say, the meds did not work. Called to get into my doctor at Gashland, but only Urgent care was open the day after New Years. Therefore, I was able to see Dr. Boyce, which I’ve seen before which was nice. He listened to me, and then looked at my throat, ears, nose, and listened to my chest. He was able to prescribe medication and within 5 hours it was a game changer! My life could function normally now. My throat and ears were in so much pain, I needed something much stronger to fight the infection. Thank you for your professionalism and doctor’s advice. Here’s to 2023!

My second contact with Dr Boyce in urgent care was exactly the opposite of my first visit. I was treated with respect, was listened to and my problem completely addressed! I am amending my previous review. And am happy to do so. Kathleen Corn

Wonderful experience as a first visit with Dr. Boyce. at urgent care. Dr. Boyce was very friendly and helpful, knowledgable, examined me ,asked about my medical history, check my Covid Test result, and really took his time to explain my conditions with me. He was willing to hear me out and answered my questions. Thank you Dr. Boyce!

I saw Dr. Boyce for an urgent care visit and he was very helpful. I was a little bit anxious about my appointment because I’ve had bad experiences with unfamiliar doctors in the past, but he was very warm and friendly, professional, and thorough in explaining issues to me. I didn’t feel rushed and felt like I had time to ask questions if needed.

Dr Boyce saw me as an urgent care patient. He took his time talking with me. Wait time was minimal. He was professional and caring - a perfect combination. Happy I was able to see him. Thank you!!

Dr. Boyce sees me and three other members of my family. I appreciate his expediency for small matters, and I know he is willing to talk in greater detail when we have a larger issue. I have been very pleased with his work.

Dr Boyce is gentle in his approach and also very understanding. We tried a few different medications , and some worked better than others. I never felt ashamed or embarrassed to tell him when I fell off the wagon , and he was very understanding and encouraging to get me back on the wagon. I like that he's fast in his appointments , and that I'm not sitting at the Doctors office all day! I appreciate him very much.

My primary care physician retired and after some research we found Dr Boyce. My visit with him was very helpful and I did not feel rushed. He immediately started a plan of action and I feel like I was listened to. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I think Dr Boyce will be a good fit for both my wife and I.

I was there for the first time after moving to the area. The clinic said he would be a great doctor so I went with it. When I went for the visit he came into the room after me waiting for about 20 minutes in the small room for him. He asked a few questions, told me about my weight and the unhealthy habits that I already knew about, and then left. He did not seem warm and welcoming at all. I felt like he did not care and only came to point out my flaws. Needless to say, I will not be going back.

Dr. Boyce was professional, friendly, and he took the time to understand why I was there. I didn't feel rushed, and he helped me with my healing. I would highly recommend him.

I saw Dr. Boyce at the Gashland Urgent Care Clinic on a Sunday. I have not seen Dr. Boyce before but I found him to be attentive, thorough and I did not feel like he was rushing through my appointment. He did a good job explaining the treatment plan and within a few days I was feeling much better. I am so glad to have clinicians like Dr. Boyce available when I need them. Highly recommended!

I have been to this clinic several times over the years, and I have never had the best experience. I had been really sick with a cold for 3 weeks- I didn't go to the doctor originally for various reasons. (Dr. Boyce is not the doctor I see here, but he saw me this day and I am so glad he did.) I happen to also have a mass on my shoulder my family wanted me to get checked out. Even though I am still battling a cold that won't give up, he was able to help me then. And the lipoma is being removed by the general surgeon next month. Good Job Doctor! 10/10 would recommend

Dr. Boyce is fantastic! He took the quality time to answer questions and did a thorough job of of looking into my health concerns. I was extremely pleased that he took the time and attention to dive into my concerns.

I have seen Dr. Boyce a couple different times. Both have been short notice and he was able to get me in. He is quick going through the basic questions but if you are concerned about anything he does take the time to listen and makes an effort to find out what could be going on. He’s great at explaining or giving directions to his patients and seems to truly care about how you’re feeling physically and mentally. I definitely appreciate his efficiency and thoroughness. If you need a new primary care physician then he’s a great one.
