Dr. Daniel Clearfield, DO

I can’t begin to tell Dr. Clearfield how much I appreciate him and his staff for the miracle work that they do. I’ve been active my entire life with sports, Marine Corps Veteran etc. I’ve had shoulder surgery on November 27, 2023 and until I visited Motion is Medicine I thought my shoulder would NEVER work again. I’m thankful and appreciative that I was wrong thanks to Dr. C. and his staff.

I’m so thankful to have found Dr. Clearfield. I had excruciating pain in my upper back, shoulder, and down my right arm. He diagnosed me with cervical radiculopathy, which an MRI confirmed. Now several weeks after PRP, I am pain-free and rebuilding my strength with physical therapy. I am so glad I did PRP treatment with Dr. Clearfield instead of pursuing surgery. He and his staff are wonderful, and I highly recommend Dr. Clearfield at Motion is Medicine DFW to anyone suffering from an orthopedic issue.

I have Pf and went for help. During my appointments I learned more about him than he learned about me. I paid $1100 for treatment with shockwave with NO improvement. Yet he claimed he’s never had a patient without some degree of improvement. I was told after my 4th treatment he would call and follow up with me. It’s been 6 weeks with no follow up. So he may claim that his patients have improvement, but I feel it’s due to lack of following up. He’s never aware of those patients because he loses them in follow up. Do not waste your money.

Dan Clearfield is among the most immature, narcissitic, and pedantic physicians in all of Texas. He's made racially-insensitive jokes about patients and medical students, and cares far more about advancing his name and his career, practicing medicine is simply the vehicle he uses to get there. You can find far more capable and knowledgeable physicians out there without the childish, awkward demeanor.

Dr C and his staff did a PRP procedure on my achilles and I'm back to marathon training and feeling stronger than ever.

Dr Clearfield and his staff and friendly and thorough. Dr. Clearfield takes his time and explains each step of your appointment in detail. Each time I leave the office I not only feel better physically but I am armed with tools to continue my healing process at home with exercises and detailed handouts. I recommend Motion in Medicine! You will not be disappointed!

Dr.C and his team are very helpful and thorough with everything. Dr.C will explain everything in detail when he diagnosis you with anything. He will even draw you the anatomy of areas affected and show you were the issue may be. He is very detailed person and will make sure you understand and answer all your questions.

Office culture was happy and positive. Student Physician Assistants delightful. After many doctors and misdiagnosis for years Dr C corrected my issue !!!

I went into to see Dr C after having an MRI and being diagnosed with a severe hip injury. Being a full time horse trainer that rides 25+ horses a day, travels and shows horses nationally this injury could have had a huge impact on my career and my future as an athlete. Dr C took listened intently to me very well in my explanation of my career and the urgency of my recovery as well as took my injury very seriously and he and his staff acted quickly after my consultation. We talked over all options of treatment and after deciding that prolotherapy was my best option with the limited time I had to heal we proceeded with the injections. After 4 days I was completely pain free for the first time in 4 months, at the two week mark I had my follow up appointment to find everything was healed way faster than expected and second injections were not needed! I highly recommend Dr C! He is polite, informative and knowledgeable as well as having great bed side manner and is a miracle worker!

I came to Dr. Clearfield with hip pain that I had had for more than a year. He diagnosed it as tendinitis and prescribed physical therapy. Two months later, the pain is gone.

I went to see Dr. Dan for a shoulder problem. He was very thorough with his examination. I was very happy to find out my shoulder could be treated with a series of daily exercises instead of with surgery. Thank you, Dr. Dan! I highly recommend him.

We were referred to Motion is Medicine after my son suffered a concussion while playing soccer. I was very nervous but Dr Clearfield made us feel so at ease. He walked me through everything and was so attentive. He communicated with my sons school to make sure he received the academic accommodations he needed while healing. I would absolutely recommend him and his staff.

After seeing several doctors and trying Physical Therapy for back and hip pain, nothing seemed to help. I found Dr Clearfield. He diagnosed the problem and started treatment. After 3 visits, my hip pain is completely gone and the back pain is much improved.
