Amazing Oral Surgeon
Telehealth
I was so frightened to get my last problem wisdom tooth extracted I cancelled my surgery schedule 3 times. I heard stellar reviews about Dr. Cullum but it didn’t matter. Fear won the fight. Finally I had no choice; it had to come out. Dr. Cullum is the one to take care of your extreme tooth issues. Dr. Cullum is amazing, gifted, and calming for an extreme nervous Nellie.

Disgruntled and very unhappy patient
Dr Cullum greatly disappointed me in my Oct. 2017 dental implant surgery. TERRIBLE pain & said was my fault for tensing up my jaw! Does one have a relaxed body when in excrutiating pain? Pain so bad I couldn't talk & had to write notes to spouse. Out of 4 implants, 3 totally failed. He said was NOT my fault & agrd to give me some credit for the $14000 I paid, when and if he did again but AVOIDED me. I've been strung along 4 yrs! I've lost weight when alrdy under weight, only 6 upper front teeth having to eat like a rabbit. Found a VERY accomplished oral surgeon. In 2021 he successfully did the 3 implants that Cullum could not, would not & did not do. AND THERE WAS ZERO PAIN! I am ready now for permanent teeth & exceptionally HAPPY with my new oral surgeon. Cullum had asked me to talk to my orthopedic surgeon as he wanted to discuss my healing. My ortho dr talked to him b4 the Oct 2017 surgery telling him I heal great but told me Cullum never called again. Hope this can help others...

I just had all four wisdom teeth removed. It went super smooth and was quite painless. I was prescribed a couple of diazepam which was nice to ease the anxiety the night before and morning of surgery. I was given IV anesthesia(Propofol) and I don't even recall at what moment I passed out. I believe they started IV midazolam when I arrived and as soon as that kicked in it was smooth sailing. Not a worry in the world. Next thing I know I'm waking up In the recovery room. Done in about an hour total, but it felt like an instant. I was back to baseline in terms of impairment in just a couple hours after surgery and I was surprised at just how unimpaired I was straight out of anesthesia. I could've gone to work that night if needed. I was prescribed Codeine/Apap for pain management which I'm lucky to not have needed. I took Ibuprofen and Kratom instead and I didn't even swell up in the slightest. My surgery couldn't have gone better. Highly recommend Dr. Cullum!

I was extremely apprehensive about having surgery and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. After having 2 teeth removed and post for implants, I woke up after surgery with no issues. The follow days, I had mild pain but nothing that I had anticipated. I was very happy with the whole process and would highly recommend Dr Cullum for any dental surgery.

I have had to go to oral surgeon a couple of times. Since moving to Coeur d'Alene, I need one to do a tooth removal and implant for a crown. I can say with our hesitation that Dr Cullum was great. The care and technology he uses allowed him to do an implant that was difficult based on the width of the bone. The office staff were pleasant and easy to deal with and added that touch of care on understanding every patient needs. In my opinion, you can't go wrong with excellent care Dr Cullum and

Really a great experience. I didn't know what to expect getting tooth implants but certainly did not expect to be treated so well - to feel no pain whatsoever in any phase of the process, and to always be kept informed about what was going on! I would say that this was the best experience in the medical system I have ever had.

I am a general dentist in Coeur d'Alene, ID, and I've worked with Dr. Cullum on multiple occasions. He is an excellent surgeon. During my childhood I suffered trauma on my front tooth and over time the root resorbed to the point where I had to have it extracted. Guess where I chose to go for an extraction and implant placement? I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Cullum. I've seen his work repeatedly and I've benefited personally from his outstanding skill.

In the office 3 different times. Once for Consultation, once for surgery, and once for post consultation. I was not in the waiting room for 5 minutes total. I have never experienced customer service like this from anyone. They actually value your time. Surgery went amazing. Could not be happier.
