Now in St Petersburg Florida - Outstanding!
He is now back in St Petersburg, Fl! Most importantly, the communication and overall level of care were exceptional. Our surgeon at Orlando Health Bayfront in St Petersburg, Fl was Daniel R. Dziadosz, M.D., he is outstanding! His expertise, professionalism, and compassionate approach were a stark contrast to our previous experience. He provided clear, thorough explanations and delivered top-notch surgical care. For anyone facing a trauma injury in Pinellas County, especially orthopedic trauma, I cannot emphasize enough the importance of going directly to Orlando Health Bayfront. The difference in care is not just noticeable; it's critical.

I'm not a leave review type of person. But I need to leave a review about this guy. Dr. Dzaidosz is the best thing that has happened to the medical field, ever... My wife and I were ran over in a hit and run motorcycle wreck about 5 & 1/2 years ago. On 12/31/18 @ 10:40pm... Left for dead on the side of the road. If it wasn't for Dr. Dzaidosz I wouldn't be alive today. I was in an induced coma and Dr. Dzaidosz had to fight to get me into a rotator bed (head to get one from a different hospital) because my organs were shutting down. They couldn't do surgery on me broken pelvis, shattered tailbone and many, many, other broken bones until they thought I would survive the first surgery. I was in that hospital in St. Petersburg Florida for 11 months straight. We got hit on new Years eve. I remember waking up so very confused, tubes coming out of my throat, people leaning over my face screaming do you need suction? ... "Why would I need suction?".. After another week I kinda of got my bearings and learned that we were ran over. By that time my wife was able to come down from her hospital room in a wheelchair and visit with me. I couldn't understand why there was this curtain from my waist down and these metal bars sticking out of where my hip are. I thought my legs were gone... my wife explained that I had an ex-fixator. These metal rods holding my pelvis together because of an open book fracture. These rods, stayed sticking out of my waist for months.. When my birthday came around on February 16th I remember feeling really low. I couldn't lift my arms to feed myself or drink anything. My wife stayed with me after a month, she was discharged. But Dr. Dzaidosz brought me up a birthday cake. And the nurses one to because he knew they would want to join in and have some. He is so very thoughtful, compassionate, caring, overly brilliant. He made many visits obviously. The two most memorable were my birthday and when he came in and told us he would be leaving to move to New York. This guy deserves more than 5 stars and he deserves way more credit than I could possibly write in this review. He literally had to get the hospitals policy's changed when he got me put in that rotator bed. Even then they didn't think I'd live, but Dr. Dzaidosz gave me the chance to pull through. And I did. Now I live with lots of nerve damage to my lower spine. Which leaves me with a mostly paralyzed left leg, 70% of my vocal chords are paralyzed (it's like breathing through a coffee straw, but way better than being trach'd), limited movement in my right shoulder, and mots of chronic back pain and nerve pain episodes. But I'm very much alive. I wish I could talk to Dr. Dzaidosz and tell him thank you personally. But you all should know, if you are in Dr. Dzaidosz's hands, than you are in the best possible hands you could be in. Thank you so very much Dr. Dzaidosz. We appreciate you more than I can write on this thing ??

Shortcut, doctor
Femur fracture set wrong resulting in malunion. He ignored my complaint, insisted that it was all muscle problems, never did an exam or documented complaints. I went for a second opinion to chief of trauma at HSS who agreed with my assessment and performed an osteotomy to realign the femur. There is a good reason he no longer works at HSS. Don’t be fooled by his smile. He is not an ethical doctor.

He treated my pilon fracture and was the best. Unfortunately he moved and i would give anything for him to look at my leg now. The other doctors dont have a clue what to do with me. He is an awesome dr that i highly recommend.

my experience with this physician was not pleasant to say the least, don't be fooled by the pretty smile in his picture, he was rude, obnoxious and completely full of himself, a good surgeon does not give him the right to be a jerk or treat his patient like garbage

March 8th 2019, I was involved in a serious accident while riding my motorcycle intruder Suzuki 800. A woman turn left in front of me when I was going 45 miles an hour in a 45 zone. Without Dr Dziadosz, who repaired my pelvic ring fracture, rebuilt my achilles heels and ankles and put a on back in my left arm, and all of the trauma physicians that were involved as well, I don't know if I would have pulled through. I highly recommend so many doctors at bayfront, and I will individually give my rating but I really I'm so grateful to Dr Dziadosz, for his high level of care, excellent office staff, and I really just cannot give him the credit he deserves. I am so grateful and I can assure you if you should have The misfortune of the serious accident or injury, this surgeon well do everything in his power to make your life livable again.

I have seen Dr. Dziadosz in St. Petersburg Florida as part of AFO as their trauma surgeon. He is proactive and very competent. He restored my ability to walk. He and Dr. Shah make a great team.
