Follow-up for shoulder surgery. Diagnosed additional carap tunnel. Offered optional treatments and very quickly administered chosen treatment. Didn't really examine shoulder, just discussion. Requested to be at office 50 minutes before appointment time. Seemed unreasonable. Actual appointment very timely.

Dr. Gaffney is a very intelligent doctor. He took over my case after a horrible experience with another Ortho Doctor. Dr. Gaffney is very professional. He diagnosed my Chronic regional pain syndrome immediately and sent me to the right specialist! I was healed fast because of his expertise. Pain specialist was very impressed with him. I will always use GIKK for all my ortho needs! They are very caring, intelligent and know what they are doing! Highly recommended!

I’ve seen other physicians at MD West One (formerly GIKK) and now I’ve been seeing Dr. Gaffney for a shoulder problem. I am very happy with my shoulder outcome and with Dr. Gaffney. I love the Bellevue Med Center location. Very low waiting times and pleasant staff. Dr. Gaffney always takes time to listen to me (not just “hear” me), explains things very thoroughly and is always prepared for my visit. Great personality and genuinely cares about his patients.

My experience with Dr Gaffney, nurse Sheila and the rest of his staff was positive from beginning to end. I was given a prompt date for both appointment and surgery. Dr Gaffney is friendly and took the time to make sure I understood my upcoming procedure, answering all my questions. I had specific requests for my surgery that Dr Gaffney was willing to accommodate. He was clear and accurate regarding expectations for recovery. I confidently recommend Dr. Gaffney!

i went to Dr Gaffney for a knot on finger. I had the suregery and lots of problems afterwards. I contacted staff with questions and I felt an air of indifference like my concerns for my hand were unwarranted. As a person I really liked Dr Gaffney. Not at all satisfied with the surgery since now a similar knot is in the middle of my finger that I will have to readdress and hopefully will not require another surger ?
