Office Appointment receptionist never personally
The office environment no personal reception. So far no complaints about doctor's service but humanize your reception

Receptionist refused to schedule an appointment without a referral even through I was an existing patient (because they don't have my records - not my problem). Told me to go to the ER - during the midst of the the Coronavirus outbreak to get referred.

My mother's experience with Dr Gottlieb has been fine, but the receptionist has memory problems. After he had seen Mom in the hospital, I made an appointment by phone but the receptionist wrote it on a different day that she told me. Another time we had to sit in the waiting area longer than necessary because she hadn't checked the sign in sheet.

I've tried setting up an appointment with Dr. Gottlieb FAR too many times. His receptionist has NEVER answered any of my calls and I've been waiting almost 2 months now for an appointment.

Right now, I'm so ticked at his staff that if I had other options, I'd be calling someone else. My original cardiologist retired and referred us to Dr. Gottlieb. I've left four messages as of today to request an appointment. I have not received a call back. If I do not get one by next week, I may just go up there in person to make one.

From day one, it never seemed he had any true interest in the patient. Just going (hurrying) through the motions, really not very nice, or warm. A five-minute first appointment resulted in a change in meds that ended up being the WORST thing for the condition. Yikes.

I called to schedule my first appointment and got in to see Dr. Gottlieb right away. I had many questions and he answered them fully and respectively. I believe he is an excellent cardiologist and confident he is taking good care of me.
