None of the staff seem to be on the same page. Dr. Griffin seems to be ok, but if I have questions about my care (from info I get from nurses) he is unavailable and you have to make an appointment with him in about 4-5 days...If they can squeeze you in then. To me it seems like some of the compassion is gone... I feel like just another number. I know they have to give bad news as part of their job... but the empathy is lacking... you can be crying and they just watch you cry. Offer tissue and continue giving the bad news. I know b/c it was done to me. They have become desensitized to it..I’m doing IVF and the nurses will call say a cycle is cancelled and then can’t answer any question, there for you’re back to having to set up with the doc. I’m honestly thinking about changing doctors . This is my experience and I know others have had better there... when I’m going through something so sensitive.. I don’t think it’s too much to ask for the staff to be compassionate towards me.

The nurse practitioner performed a procedure I felt should have been done by Dr Griffin himself. I did not feel confident in the results and he wasn’t available to discuss them with me at the time of the test. Very disappointed.

We have been with 3 different fertility doctors, and Dr. Griffin was LEAPS AND BOUNDS the best. He and his staff have a every patient is different approach that we really liked. His staff is top notch and so loving and caring. Fertility is not an easy process but Dr. Griffin worked with us and made out miracle come true.
