Good Doctor, very professional
I didn’t wait more that 5 minutes once I was registered. His assistant was very kind and helpful. I have hearing issues and had trouble understanding her but once I explained it to her she slowed down and spoke more clearer

I tested positive for COVID-19 a few days ago. I called the office and set up a virtual appointment with Sarah. She was great and helped me with all my questions. I started feeling a little worse over the weekend and had to call in to the on-call physician which was Daniel Grob. I shuttered when I learned he was the on call physician and would be calling me back. As usual he was arrogant and didn’t really listen to what I had to say talking over me the whole time. It was obvious he had better things to do than talk to a me with my concerns. I apologized for “bothering” him with my Covid respiratory concerns. Bottom line...he shouldn’t be on call if he has better things to do. He’s an arrogant S.O.B.!

Find another practice immediately. Dr. Grob was my mother's PCP. She was admitted into the hospital and his practice was the admitting team. She had a long and difficult journey in the hospital but 3 weeks and many unanswered questions in, I left a message for Dr. Grob. My message voiced my concerns around the lack of quality care they were providing for my mother, and requested a call-back. My call was never returned and my mother passed-away 2 days later. Simply put: This practice does not value it's patients lives. I'm still trying to get ahold of Dr. Grob. Maybe he will return my call, but more likely, he will not. If you value your life. Please find another practice.

I can't believe this doctor just left his practice and now Dunn took over to start charging double the amount after patients contracts were already paid for. Disgusting.

Worst Dr ever. While in hospiral, after major surgery, I told grob I had been constipated for 5 days....HEsaid,"we will take a look at that". That was all he did-nothing until after the 6th day called my PC and got an order for enima. I was completely blocked it rook several enimas. Grob is more concerned with looking like a good doctor than being one...that he is NOT. His bedside manner is horrible to non existant, his management at Genisis is worst leading me to find Another firm or PC.
