Bailed on all his patients with 5 days notice
Just got a call from Serenity Mental Health clinic that Daniel Jackson (the only provider at their Sugar Land location) was leaving the practice. My next appointment was in 5 days for a 90-day refill. Now, on a Friday I have to find a provider in the next 5 days to prevent an interruption in medication. Eat sand, buddy.
