Untrustworthy
Dr. Judkins took over my care and said my medication dosage was too high. I agreed to switch from pills to patches, and he assured me the transition would be seamless. When insurance denied the patches, I had already run out of the medication I’d taken three times daily for over three years. My messages to the nurse went unanswered. I made multiple calls to insurance, his staff, and my pharmacy. Another prescription was sent, but it also wasn’t covered. Despite claiming to have contacted my insurance, his staff showed no urgency or concern as I went through severe withdrawals. A simple formulary check could have prevented this. I ultimately canceled all future treatment. The lack of professionalism, communication, compassion, and basic ethics here is alarming.

Was never seen
Really wish I could have been seen today. I was a few minutes late due to GPS and traffic from London to Conway. My appointment was cancelled on me as soon as I stepped to the front desk and said the next available time would be on the 25th of July! I have been trying to get in to this clinic and seek help since February! I was told they are booked today when there were only 2 men in the lobby besides myself! There was no way you could have seen me today doctors!?! My back and prostate pain have been with me for MONTHS now and I was referred to you and hoping it would be a groovy choice to make with you folks. But I was obviously wrong! Your receptionist needs help with how to talk and address the public no matter who you are or what state of pain you are in!

Let me run out of my pain meds twice. Took over a week for him to read my charts and respond to me.

I love Dr Judkins. I have been going there for awhile now and he is soft spoken and very nice. I have had my medicines changed and spinal shots and a spinal stimulator put in all through him and his office and he is the only pain doctor I have been to who has treated me with kindness and respect and actually done anything for me other than told me to lose weight. Thank you to Dr Judkins and his staff!

Hes cordial. But unless you have cancer you’re wasting your time. I have excruciating chronic pain with no cure and he made me feel as if my pain isn’t important as cancer patients, that they are the only ones that need pain meds. Didn’t matter that I have no quality of life. It’s sad to know that dr thinks that if you don’t have cancer you aren’t in pain and need pain meds. Why be a pain dr and not dispense meds needed? My family dr could’ve done what he did and saved my money

I love how Dr. Judkins and his staff are always so nice and caring. So far I’ve had 2 nerve block trials on my neck and will be having the actual burning of my nerves in June. I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Judkins and all the ladies that work there. Once Dr. Judkins finishes the treatment on my neck he will begin the treatment on my back and Sciatica nerve. So far, during my 5 visits, I’ve had nothing but great experiences with them all. I highly recommend this pain management doctor.

Wouldn't recommend this dr to my worst enemy! He doesn't care really about your pain. Was told they would get me scheduled for injection and never heard from them again until 2 months later when they called to remind me about my follow up visit after the injection...Really???? what injection???? and that was their 3 strike!
