Dr. Daniel Klein, DDS

The doctor seemed overly concerned that I was asking for the dental procedure codes for my medical payment plan and that perhaps my personality did not fit his style. As soon as he asked me if I really wanted to be there, I got the message loud and clear!

This man knows how to bilk public money in spite of one's actual health. I had to rely on AHCCCS for a two year period, and I was given the name of Daniel Klein, who accepted the state insurer. During the initial visit, he determined I would need ten teeth removed! (It's almost impossible to get a second opinion when few practitioners accept AHCCCS). Hence, I went along with his 'advice' and allowed him to put in fillings. Two years later, I was informed by another practitioner that judging by my gums; great hygiene practices; and lack of wear to my other teeth, there shouldn't have been any reason for Klein to extract those teeth. I advise anybody in need of dentistry to look out for this doctor.

News flash, Dr. Klein. We are in the midst of a Covid pandemic. As a medical professional whose job requires close physical interface with patients, I would expect you and your office personnel to be PARTICULARLY diligent. Your receptionist was not wearing a mask. She was not wearing a mask when I entered, and she did not wear a mask when I was paying my bill on the way out. You, Dr. Klein, came into the room where my hygienist was cleaning my teeth, stood no more than 40" from my face WITHOUT WEARING A MASK and offered an ungloved handshake. I was - and still am - appalled. If this is the way you follow medical and social protocols during a worldwide pandemic, I am concerned about your diligence to other proper medical and dental procedures. I will NOT be returning to your office.

Dr. Klein is the kindest man you'll ever meet. He has been practicing for years and his office, his team and the complete experience in his office is peaceful. I would refer my friends and family to his for their dental needs.
