Knows his stuff
He has improved his “bedside manner” over the years. He is just a quiet person. He has been my ophthalmologist for years watching out for any effects due to my diabetes. I would (and have) recommended him

Doctor Krach has always been great to my parents. Very caring. His recptionist, howerver, has been very "snooty" to my mother when she tries to set up an appointment. Better get rid of her doctor! Just saying.

Took my daughter to him beginning when she was 6 months old, until she was 6 years old. My daughter always complained of vision problems and his answer was she will grow out of these problems and refused to prescribe glasses. Got fed up and got a second opinion only to find out my daughter has a stigmatism and needed prescription glasses. Our new doctor said she should have glasses years ago. Thanks Quack. Prehistoric doctor with out-dated equipment, would give 0 stars if that was possible. You'd be better off taking your kid to Walmart to get their eyes checked.

Dr. Krach was so rude to my son. We will not be back and I wish I could file an official complaint. Maybe he is better with adults but never bring your children here.

A good man, knows his stuff. Is always careful when examining my eyes, takes time to get to know you and also shows you what he is referring to when examination of your eyes has certain issues. His staff, prepares you for what you might encounter and explains the procedure. You can also pick out your glasses if needed just off the office area and Janice is very helpful and kind in your selection.
