Incompetent doctor; shady medical billing
I went to Dr. Leeman in 2019 for a deviated septum. It resulted in me undergoing surgery under his care (septoplasty, balloon sinuplasty, and rhinoplasty) in November 2019. Coming out of surgery, I knew something was very wrong. The recovery was brutally miserable. When I tried to bring up my concerns at post ops to the nurses, they’d dismiss it. He'd give me less than a minute of face time before rushing out. After asking for a refund, he laughed in my face and said “there are no refunds here, all sales are final. Ultimately, I underwent a remarkably expensive revision rhinoplasty and septoplasty in November 2020. Ended up needing to obtain and procure cartilage from a medical research school. In summary, I strongly urge you to steer clear of Dr. Leeman and his entire practice. He lacks empathy, never took responsibility, and never showed any remorse for his mistake.

Great Service
I recommend Dr. Leeman. Matthew Poole, PA is very kind and compassionate. He told me that my nostrils look nice! HaHa The office staff are so friendly, they actually recognized me when I arrived for my appointment. That impressed me, and I felt valued and welcome.

Went in for Hearing Test
My visit here was great. The audiologist, Dr. Spinuzza, explained the results of my hearing test very well. The PA I spoke to afterward, Matthew, was very helpful and informative too. I felt well taken care of and my concerns were treated seriously. I was able to get an appointment for the next day when I looked for availability. I would recommend going here if you're looking into getting your hearing checked.

Stay away
The worst doctor experience I have had. While “examining” me, he told me to open my mouth and then proceeded to shove his whole hand in my mouth. After the gagging and shock stopped I said “Why didn’t you warn me that you were going to do that?” and he replied “When I tell people I’m going to do that, they resist.”. After a tonsular biopsy, the pain was so bad and before the surgery I was told it would be minimal pain. He would barely prescribe a high dose ibuprofen. I had to reach out to my Dr.. Very dismissive every step of the way and was adamant about me having him perform a tonsillectomy before my tonsular cancer treatment began. Luckily my oncologists told me that was unnecessary. Dr. Leeman has the absolute worst bedside manners I have ever encountered. If I could leave zero stars, trust me, I would. And like the other reviews state, his assistants did 80% of the appts and follow ups. STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN.

STAY AWAY! – Feb 04, 2023
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Leeman?
Worst doctor ever
Went to see this doctor almost 3 years ago. He had his PA basically do everything. They did an in house CT scan, his PA Kenneth said I needed a sinuplasty so I went ahead with it. When I showed up for the procedure it was Kenneth there suited up and in gloves. When I got out of the procedure I noticed I could hear my own voice extremely loud inside my head and when I would breathe I could feel the pressure changing in my ear. A few days later after I guess my nerves died I acquired hyperacusis. Moderately loud noses are extremely loud to me to the point of physical pain. Clapping my hands brings me physical pain. There's no cure this is what it will be forever. I have tinnitus, PET, and hyperacusis. And it's all because this doctor is allowing an untrained PA to do complicated procedures. It's totally unethical. And I have to pay for it for the rest of my life. The doctor lied to me about it and after my procedure Kenneth quit. I'm maimed forever because of this guy. STAY AWAY!!!

Terrible!! this guy is not a licensed plastic surgeon. He botched my abdomen by giving me a smart lipo. Gave me scars which deformed me, and I had to get a tummy tuck to fix it, costing me tons of money. Please dont fall in trap.

Terrible experience. Uninformed staff. Left in worse shape and with horrible side effects after the procedure the entire staff pushed on me. It's my own fault for not researching.

First of all Dr. Leeman’s staff is very professional. Very friendly and helpful as well. All procedures where done on time and Dr. Leeman and his staff completely held my hand and let me know about the surgery and what I should expect during the surgery and after. I had to call about a small issue and Dr. Leeman’s office called me back in less than 10 minutes! I have lived in Austin all my life and I think Dr. Leeman and his staff gets a A+ from me. It was one of the greatest decisions I made.

HIGHLY recommend Dr. Leeman and staff. Before my surgery I was not able to breathe at all through my right nostril, barely able to breathe through the left, and felt a lot of discomfort and pressure in my head. Dr. Leeman and staff were able diagnose the issues quickly and bring me back to normal. The difference is night and day! I honestly haven't this felt this great in nearly half a decade! The whole process was very smooth and the staff are all very thorough.

Dr. Leeman and his staff were AMAZING! I felt heard and supported. I had a tough surgery and they were with me every step of the way. It was very easy setting up an appointment and they were flexible with my schedule. I am beyond happy with my results. I have gone to Dr. Leeman for multiple surgeries and he is my go-to for any future surgeries.

I saw Dr. Leeman regarding enlargement of the salivary gland and areas on the left half of my neck. These enlargements are the result of treatment which occurred to correct an issue by a Plastic surgeon .He had lab tests ordered to find if other underlying issues or unknown issues resulted from the injection of steroids and laser treatment by that OTHER surgeon. He also treated an enlargement of my ear lobe the previous surgeon said surgery must fix but in 5 minutes with an injection it was gone

I am reposting a review that i forgot to click the stars and as such it showed up as "0" stars! Here is the original post: I have been to Dr Leeman several times over the past 10 years. I have always been completely satisfied. Dr Leeman is very professional, good bed side manner and extremely knowledgeable. regards, kitty Two weeks later I am breathing much better and no longer have the dull achy headache that has plagued me for the last 3 mo. The sinusplasty was definitely a success.
