I went to Dr, Lensink for a mini face lift and I could not be happier. I am 69 years old and I look and feel at least 10 years younger. I had jowls which I hated and now they are gone. He also did an eyebrow lift and got rid of all the deep wrinkles in my forehead. His staff is awesome and they took such good care of me. Dr Lensink is a skilled surgeon and so gifted in what he does. I am so excited about my new younger look.

Currently 6 days post op with blepharoplasty. Impressed with office staff, followup call, and appearance of surgical incisions. Was given appointment times to accommodate my travels from the coast to Redding. Pleased that Dr. Jansson in Arcata referred me to this surgeon.

Only wish I could leave zero stars! I was quoted a $90 consult fee and was billed $197. Robin/office manager said the charge is justified because Dr saw me in Ashland not Redding and in fact I should have been billed an additional $90. What?? I was told a surgery plan would be submitted to my insurance and they'd email before and after pics, neither of which happened! I'm so disappointed as this Dr came highly recommended. Office manager Robin is severely lacking in people skills and compassion.
