I came into the ER Christmas night with severe pain in my right hand. Dr. Mann's diagnosis and treatment was spot on. Very kind and compassionate toward my condition. Pain is down and function in my hand has improved greatly. Thank you Dr. Mann for spending your Christmas on duty in the ER to help those in need. Mark Vande Zande

My Sister went to the ER at Metro hospital on Wednesday August 21 2019 for a really sore foot and toe. She had the unfortunate experience of having of having DR Mann as the attending DR. While he do a MRI he didn’t exam the toe any or foot any further and on Friday the 24th my Sister was back at Metro Hospital and admitted due the fact she had a very serious bone infection in her toe and her toe was amputated Saturday morning. Thank God it was only the toe and not the foot or leg.

Dr. Mann was cold. He did not listen or discuss my treatment with me. I was in the ER due to a traumatic brain injury-triggered migraine. Instead of following treatment protocol that the previous ER physicians used, which was successful, he refused my standard treatment and chose to give me a med that would weaken me further without even consulting with me. I had lost all muscle strength, was trapped in my body, could barely whisper. He discharged me instead of helping me. He was cruel.
