Daniel Marsh made me feel as if my pain was imagined. He was not attentive and presented a patronizing manner. He talked down to me and was not interested in my input.

So thankful that I found Dr. Marsh!
I have been going to doctors that specialize in pain management for about 25 years now and Dr. Marsh is by far the very best pain management doctor I have ever gone to. He is very thorough and carefully listens to you. I never feel like he is rushing me to get to the next patient. He was able to get me off some very strong pain medication and still I have never had my pain controlled as well as it is right now. He is never condescending nor does he ever make you feel like a ‘pain criminal.’ Those of you who have been dealing with pain doctors know exactly what I mean about being made to feel like a ‘pain criminal.’ I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Marsh to anyone.

One of the best
I have a ton of respect for Dr. Daniel Marsh, an exceptional pain management doctor who has made an immense difference in my life. From my experience, he exemplifies the qualities of a careful, knowledgeable, and patient-centered physician, ensuring the highest standards of care, prioritizing the well-being of his patients. One aspect that truly sets Dr. Marsh apart is his unwavering commitment to following appropriate protocols and procedures. He consistently ensures that all necessary measures are taken to provide safe and effective pain management. Dr. Marsh's approach to pain management goes beyond the prescription pad. He understands the complexity of chronic pain and the impact it has on patients' lives. The reason for 4 stars is due to the office staff. They do the minimum, and lack the same level of care for the patients. I needed a procedure and they sent a pre-auth, then refused to contact the insurance to follow-up.The said I could call & have the insurance call them.

During one visit he stopped twice to take calls on his cell phone. At another visit he said he could not tell me his opinion because due to a computer problem he could not read my MRI results. He said he would call me when the problem was fixed. He never called me again but he did charge me $40 for the visit. When I called back, his staff told me they were trying to get authorization for a procedure and they would call me when they got it. I did not hear from them for over a month. They did finally call me and wanted to schedule the procedure. I asked them when they received the authorization from insurance for the procedure and they said it was over two weeks ago. They had no explanation for not calling me. I told them not to call me again. These are sloppy people who do not care about their patients!

What a joke! I was referred to Dr Marsh by his sister, Dr Guy. What a nightmare! He was condescending, arrogant & could have cared less that I was in pain from faulty hardware in my hip. I suffered for 3 months until I could have my hip fixed in Utah. No one local would touch it because it was so complicated. Dr Marsh & his sister, Dr Guy should not be Dr's. They only care about themselves. If you want someone who cares, please pick another Dr.

Marsh has been treating me for several years. He is diligent in ensuring that proper screening, tests, diagnostic evaluations, radiology screening as well as ensuring patient compliance through a patient/physician contract, careful monitoring for drug abuse, including UAs and blood work. One of the few independent providers around. The BIG hospital systems have created a monopoly, and are anything but "saints". Had two PCPs from the Big Hospitals, to have my treatment changed without a plan. Marsh is concerned with finding the best treatment plan for each patient. He listens, takes great notes, suggests testing, medical procedures, and therapies. As an expert in pain management, Dr. Marsh is one of the few doctors who are concerned and independent to provide the best medical care. He has been supportive where the big hospitals have been destructive and failed their standard of care.

Dr Marsh is very throw in his examinations and his treatments I have been being treated by dr. Daniel Marsh Dr approximately 8 years and he has done everything in his power to try to make my pain go away without the use of abnormal amounts of pain medication. I would highly recommend him as a professional pain manager to anybody I know that just had back surgery gone wrong neck surgery gone wrong cancer anything else that is diagnosed as chronic pain.

I've been seeing Dr. Marsh since 2015. He is somewhat aloof but that in no way affects his ability as a doctor. He is very thorough and listens. I have complicated issues and he has been a tremendous support. His staff has always been friendly. He is not promptly on time and I often have to wait. I put up with that because I like him and respect his ability to guide me through a life filled with tremendous pain.

I only had 1 appt with Dr Marsh. I will never go back there. 1st, even tho I was a new patient, he wasn’t welcoming. As soon as he walked into the exam room, I immediately felt intimidated. After some routine questions, he asked me something that no other medical dr has ever asked me. I won’t elaborate, but I think it was extremely inappropriate. Because of my chronic pain, I’ve seen my share of drs. None of them had ever asked that question. This is only my experience and feelings.

I was a loyal patient for several years with inoperable back problems requiring opioid pain meds. In January I developed pneumonia and was issued pain meds by the hospital. In March I broke my ankle in three places outside of marshs office. Again was prescribed pain meds. I then went into rehab for two months. Again, they prescribed pain meds. Marsh was aware of my broken ankle. When I recovered, And denied access to see Marsh due to receiving meds elsewhere thru no fault of my own. Sucks

I did not see Dr. Marsh but saw NP Corey. I hope that's how you spell his name. Finally, I found someone who understands my metabolic issues and has extensive knowledge in regards to it. I was treated with respect and he has restored my faith in the medical system.

The biggest downside to dr. Marsh's that he simply does not take the time to remember what it is you are dealing with unless you are in front of him all the time. That said he is a tremendously compassionate person, although he rarely shows it directly in his personality. Throughout my ordeal I have gotten to learn his philosophy of Medicine and how passionate he is about helping someone who is hurting. Be direct with him and tell him if you need more help with your pain. Don't make him assume.

Dr. Marsh has always been attentive and compassionate. He IS a very busy doctor, but once he is in the room with me, he focuses completely on ME and my situation. He is very compassionate and understanding. I truly believe that he is the best at what he does. He's not in it for the money, he genuinely wants to help. I have been seeing him for over five years, and he has consistently been an excellent provider. I think that these people who've only seen him once should give him a chance.

While Dr. Marsh appeared to care about me as a patient, he was disorganized, had not reviewed my referral data submitted to him by another excellent physician, and did no follow up as referred. It took 1 1/2 months to get an appointment, waited 1 1/2 hour before seeing him and he kept misplacing or misreading the referral data once he located it. Needs serious help with processes and organization of office and follow up. Did not return.

I saw Dr. Marsh once, for less than a full appointment. I was treated poorly by his staff, waited 45+ minutes to get in my appointment. As soon as I expressed what has been causing me pain for the last three years, Dr. Marsh scoffed at me and told me to sleep with a tennis ball in my shirt, so I didn't have sleep problems. This Dr. Is a joke, I would stay away from him if you want to be treated with compassion. He and his staff don't care about their patients.

About Me

care philosophy

I believe that if you listen carefully to your patients, they will tell you what is wrong with them. As such, I ask lots of questions and pay close attention to their answers. I would not suggest a treatment that I would not recommend for my own family.
