Dr. Martinez has been my doc for 2 years now and I don’t see myself ever going to another Urologist. Smooth visit every time and I have been going to him now for 2 years. Everything just runs smooth and he’s on top of your plan of care even if you have been away for a while, he remembers what was discussed the last time. Office staff is super friendly!

I called his office last year to make an appointment for my 16-year-old son. I was asked the basics including my son's age and purpose of the visit; they gave me an appointment in three months. I wasn't thrilled that we would have to wait that long but I decided to keep it because no appointment was better than nothing and these are COVID times after all. The day finally arrived this week and we showed up on time as scheduled. Upon entering the lobby and giving my name, I was then informed that the doctor was "very sorry" but he did not see "minors." THREE MONTHS! had passed and during that whole time I received not a single call to inform me a mistake had been made. This person not only wasted my and my son's time -which could prove detrimental to his health- but he clearly lacks the basic manners that typically compel a decent individual to apologize in person for a gross mistake. I wouldn't trust him with someone's body and health.

I had left a rating for Dr Martinez on November 28. 1 star. I made a appointment for dec 22 which was to be a virtual appointment. Today December 14 they called to ask if I still felt the same way about what I reported to health grades and I told her I stand by what I reported. I was told the reason he couldn’t give me my prescription was he needed lab work. I told them I just had my yearly physical and I sent the labs to them from my primary. The lady that called said I should find another urologist since I felt that way. I guess if you complain about there customer service and non response from Dr Daniel Martinez they really don’t want to here about it. Since I needed my medication I got it from my primary and would talk to the Dr at my December 22 appointment. How I was treated. Since they called me today to retract what I wrote or they would cancel my appointment. I told her I would find a competent Dr who cares.
