Pain Management
Without a doubt, the best pain management doctor I've ever had. His work with Military Special Operations warfighters gives him a unique understanding of complicated injuries and trauma issues that other doctors have not had the opportunity to deal with. Dr Mcguire was able to find, isolate, and treat my injuries even after 3 back surgeries. His bedside manner is that of caring as is his explanation of my injuries. Great doctor and wonderful human being. If you are on the fence, get off it, because this is your man!

Dr. McGuire cares about best practices and outcome
he took the time to thoroughly review and document ALL the details of a very convoluted list of records and scans, being the only clinician documenting in detail and making astute associations that led to questions that eventually led to answers that helped not only my pain, but lightened the devastating journey of having chronic pain and very few practitioners willing to unravel the minutia. thank you Dr. McGuire for caring so much.

Outstanding
Dr. McGuire has the absolute best bedside manner. He is kind; funny; he listens. I would recommend him to anyone with chronic neck/back pain. My injury to my neck after a major MVA caused spondylitis to “light up;” additionally I have a disc extrusion in my C5-6 region which is deviating my spinal cord and causing nerve root inflammation. I had a steroid epidural in my neck. After about 2 weeks, I have seen up to 50% improvement. This may not seem like much, but given my pain was an 8-10 level before it, that’s a huge improvement. This allows me to work on PT at home and strengthening exercises. I will be seeing him for a lower back facet nerve block.
