Personable, Professional, and Patient
I am very pleased to have found Dr. Nguyen. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He explained my blood test results in detail, and he patiently answered all my questions. He is very kind, and has a pleasant personality. Dr. Nguyen's office staff is also professional when dealing with people, they are friendly and courteous.

He doesn't give a damn about his patients. He neglected to tell me that I cam diabetic, he knew for at least a year. Loves to recommend vitamins for your problems.

After not being able to see Dr. Nguyen, my PCP in a year and after several hospitalizations, Dr. Nguyen did not care for my questioning him on not making time to see a ill patient and if he had followed up on whether or not I had a surgery.....so he got up told be "we are done here!" and walked out. WALKED OUT! I tried for one year with several hospitalizations to make a follow up appointment only to be passed to his PA. One Year. To be a compliant patient you are instructed upon discharge to follow up with your PCP. I did only to be told that he was at least 30 - 60 days booked. I was passed to his PA. Each and every time I went to my follow up he was sitting at the medical assistants desk at the computer upon arriving and upon leaving. Screams "I don't care!" Not only did he not remember our last conversation about a surgery I needed he had a nasty attitude.
