Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

I have had the same experience with Dr. Romero’s PA and getting the required paperwork for tests. It is the inefficient office staff that creates serious delays in treatment. When reading the unfavorable reviews, it is generally the inefficiency of the staff rather than the doctors, especially Dr. Orlando and Dr. Masson.

The doctors here are very good , my review reflects the inability to get a call back from anyone, forgotten tests that needed to be ordered and the 45 minutes waiting on hold to talk to someone. No one calls back on messages, if you call at 4:15 you sit in the call que for assistants and then at 5:00 it closes so no one picks up , leave a message ... sure but no one calls back . Understaffed?

I've been seeing Dr. Orlando for 7 years now and he has been wonderful! My oldest daughter also started seeing him and he was great with her also. I would recommend Dr. Orlando to anyone needing sleep specialist.

His office is horrible - lied about the follow up and had a sleep test done which was ignored and it has been over 2 weeks when by law it is supposed to be handled within 3 days.
