Same as Haddad's response. Confusion, discrepancies, no discussion, explanation, no patience, snappy and rude. Put the fear of breast cancer in my mother, and NEVER bothered to contact her, explain or even clarify WHY there was confusion, discrepancies and being misinformed.

Polanco had his aide call me to tell me that my needle biopsy came back positive and that I had breast cancer. She said that he had referred me to a surgeon. Never heard from him. On my next appointment with him, he said nothing during to me about not notifing me himself. When I asked him why he didn't notifty me in person, his excuse was he was busy getting ready to go out of town. REALLY? Don't go to him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Patients don't count!!!
