He is a superb doctor who thoroughly explains what he is going to do during knee replacement surgery. As a result of this surgery, I have been able to walk and play golf without any pain for nearly one year. I strongly recommend Dr. Rich to anyone who needs knee replacement surgery.

I recently had a hip replacement with Dr. Daniel Rich. I want to thank Dr. Rich for this successful surgery. He did an excellent job. I never had any pain after the operation and I was walking without a cane two weeks later. I feel great and would highly recommend Dr. Rich.

Dr. Rich inserted a hip replacement 18 years ago. I just had a visit and the hip is as good as new. Dr. Rich is an excellent and considerate Surgeon. I never had a problem with the replacement and I am never conscious that I had the surgery.. I always performed my usual activities including sports .

It’s not always easy to find a surgeon who is extremely competent and who has a wonderful bedside manner. But I’ve found both in Dr. Rich. He replaced both of my knees several months apart with stellar results. I’ve already recommended him to several friends and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him in the future.

Dr Rich replaced my both knees 9 months apart and it was the best thing I ever did no pain and great movement back to the gym in 6weeks he did a great job.Great job on my wife’s hip also.I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a new knee or hip and HSS hospital in the city the best.

Dr Rich is very personable and his knee surgery on me was excellent. I am in great shape after 6 months and i am very fortunate to have had Dr Rich as my surgeon and have HSS and its fantastic staff take great care of me.
Dr Rich is remarkable and I highly recommend him.

Look no further - Daniel Rich is the top. Was up and walking hours later and home the next day after a knee replacement. What doctor on earth responds to your call to him on a Sunday night at 11:00 p.m. to answer a question that you have. Dr. Rich. He did a phenomenal job, and I feel like a new man. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Rich AND his staff. You're not a number - you're a patient with emotions and needs that are fulfilled by this team. HSS is also unsurpassed.

Dr. Rich and his staff are caring and professional. They guided me through my total hip replacement from start to finish. Dr. Rich's skills allowed me to leave my pain on the operating room table. One month after surgery I am walking two pain free miles a day. If you are considering surgery, Dr. Rich should be your first call. The folks at HSS also deserve a big thank-you

I had an emergency situation and needed to be seen. I was already a patient and had to beg to be seen. I broke my knee for the second time and DR. Rich and his staff treated me HORRIBLY. I was in tears with pain and he told me I may need surgery but need an MRI which he would NOT schedule for me and did not try to help. I was in wheel chair crying with pain… and he turned his head.. I found an MRI which called an ambulance to a hospital which I stayed for 4 days!!

Dr. Rich provided me back with my quality of life. My hip is now 100%. A tremendous doctor
who takes the time to explain your situation. I would highly recommend Dr. Rich to anyone
