I scheduled an appointment & had my primary doctor send over my medical records. After reaching out to confirm receipt, Jill said she received a fax from my doctor but it wasn’t my records. My doctor’s office confirmed it was my records, after asking Jill to contact my doctor’s receptionist (as my doctor asked me) to help her open the records, Jill told me she was busy and would call me back in two days. She did not seem to want to help or do much work, she basically said figure it out without me. I told Jill I will find a new surgeon & she gladly said ok!! Terrible customer service.

He tried to correct a mistake he made and it went down hill. ( No plastic surgery to make anything larger).

He is the best and not afraid to tell the truth about things! Let's face it sometimes we as humans can be unrealistic! But Dr. Richardson will not let you look ridiculous and will give you an honest professional opinion and take my advice you should listen. He is awesome. I had a breast reduction/ lift. I have way more confidence and the results are better than I had imagined. I also love the staff they make you feel so comfortable! You won't regret choosing Dr. Richardson for any cosmetic need.

Dr. Richardson and amazing staff have always gone above and beyond to assist with any needs or questions I may have. After my surgery I felt so confident about how I looked and felt. The care before and after the surgery was above any of my expectations. Dr. Richardson took the time to help with questions and suggestions unrelated to my surgery. I was a sunbather, now I am moisturizing and covered in sun screen these simple suggestions made have taken years off my looks & skin.

I have been with this Doctor and his amazing staff for 18 years. Dr.Richardson is by far the most educated, professional, and talented plastic surgeon in the Southeast. He has diagnosed and removed multiple skin cancers and he fixed a horrendous scar left by three c-sections. He is always HONEST. He and his staff will never recommend anything that is not in the best interest of the patient. His staff is courteous and knowledgeable. His office is immpecably clean.

I went to Dr. Richardson in hopes of fixing some sagging skin above my belly button before my wedding and honeymoon. I was quickly looked up and down with a disgusted face by the doctor before being told I'd need five sessions of a 200.00 laser to fix the problem. I asked if there were any other options to which Dr. Richardson said "Well I could shoot you and put you out of your misery." Needless to say I left and will never go back to that office again. Dr. Richardson you should be ashamed!!!

It was good he did a good job am pleased with my breast lift and my tummy tuck am up and about in less than 2 weeks my swelling went down l follow is instructions and am doing great thank you Dr Daniel Richardson.
